How Does Tree Care with Anderson’s Work?

The First Call

Once your appointment is scheduled, the next step is meeting with a tree care professional who’s assigned to your project. They will take time to evaluate and understand your property and its specific needs. This appointment typically takes about 30-45 minutes. Take advantage of this time! Feel free to ask lots of questions. Since they will work with you throughout the project, the goal is to make sure you understand everything.

Proposal And Estimate

After the initial meeting, our proposal is typically emailed to you within 24 hours. Read through the document and click “Accept” if everything looks good to you. If you have any questions or need any revisions, contact our office and we’ll be happy to make the changes. Once the estimate is approved, your arborist will contact you to schedule.

“Day Of” Work Experience

Our goal is to provide a comfortable, efficient, and pleasant experience for everyone involved – and that means you. We understand that your schedule is busy, so you don’t need to physically be on your property while we work. If you prefer to be home when the work is being performed, that’s fine too!

Our goal is to provide effective communication throughout the process, including the day of. If you have any questions or concerns come up, feel free to reach out anytime.

Invoice And Cleanup

Once the work is completed, we’ll ensure you’re fully satisfied. From there, we’ll send you an invoice and initiate cleanup. The logistics of cleanup after your project depend on the nature and scope of the work. For example, if the project involves tree removal, a separate crew will pick up the wood debris within one to two days. If stump grinding was requested, this will be scheduled after removal.
